Sarsfield Estate is a small farm in the Lakes and Wilderness area of
East Gippsland, in the South-eastern corner of Australia.

We migrated from Switzerland in 1989 and developped the farm, vineyard and winery,
using solar and wind energy. We depend entirely on rainwater.

We run a herd of grass-fed beef cattle
and produce about 1000 cases of premium red wine annually.
